How to place an order
To place your order, please select the item(s) you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. Proceed to the Checkout page where you will be asked to enter your personal information and offered to create an account.
We have several verification stages in order to provide our customers the highest level of security. You do not need to be signed in to place an order. You do however need a valid email address and contact information to checkout. You always have the option to register an account in the checkout process to facilitate future orders and receive offers. Shipping costs are dependent on freight option, weight of parcel and destination country, actual shipping costs are clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order. Free shipping on orders above 100€.   

Order confirmation
When your order is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via the email address you provided at the Checkout page. If not, please contact us at info@gro.dk and we can assist you in this matter.

Delivery informations
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking information. You will receive your order within 1-3 business days. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (1-3 business days) are estimates and may vary. As a customer you are also able to enterby  a different delivery address than your invoice address in the checkout process choosing "Ship to different address". Note that the alternative delivery address must be in the same currency/country as your invoice address.

Please note
All applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. In addition, local customs practises may require you to provide additional information to clear your order.
